About Ian Grieve Service Centre in Falkirk

Ian Grieve Service Centre is a family-run garage in Falkirk, looking after local drivers and businesses since 1991. We still work the way we always have, with straight answers and jobs done properly.

Customers come to us from Larbert, Denny, Bonnybridge, and the surrounding areas, and we offer free collection and delivery if getting to us is tricky.

The people behind the garage

There are 28 of us on the team, including eight technicians who work on everything from small city cars to fleet vehicles and motorhomes.

As a family business, we care about our customers, which is why we’ll always explain what your car needs, and why, before any work goes ahead. It’s also why every service includes a complimentary mini wash and vac.

Dealer knowledge for every make

We’re an authorised franchise dealer for Mitsubishi, Subaru, Fiat, Suzuki, Isuzu, and Jeep, and that training shapes how we approach every car.

As a Bosch Service centre with KTS diagnostic equipment, we can trace faults accurately on most makes and models, including hybrid and electric vehicles. Every part we fit is original equipment, backed by the manufacturer’s parts warranty, and we’re also IMI, 1link, and Euro Repar accredited.

For drivers of other makes, that means dealer-level expertise, often at a more competitive price and with a quicker turnaround than a main dealer.

Our site off Glasgow Road

You’ll find us just off Glasgow Road, across two modern, purpose-built buildings. Our MOT centre has its own dedicated test bay, and we can arrange Class 7 MOTs for larger vans.

The main workshop is a large, high-clearance space with a 7.5-tonne ramp, so campervans and motorhomes are just as welcome as everyday cars. If you’d rather wait while we work, there’s a comfortable waiting area with free Wi-Fi and toilets, along with plenty of customer parking.
