Free Car Collection & Delivery – Falkirk

If you can’t easily get your car to the garage, we can come to you. Ian Grieve Service Centre offers a complimentary collection and delivery service, so we can pick your car up from home or work, carry out the work it needs, and bring it back to you afterwards.

The service is subject to availability and location, but there’s no fixed mileage limit, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you wherever reasonably possible.

How collection and delivery works

The process is simple, and we’ll keep you informed from start to finish.

• Book your car in – Call us or send an online enquiry, letting us know what work your car needs and where you’d like it collected from.
• Agree a time – We’ll arrange a collection time and place that suits you, whether that’s your home, your workplace, or another convenient location.
• We collect your car –  A member of our team will pick up your car and bring it back to our workshop just off Glasgow Road in Falkirk.
• We carry out the work and if we find anything that needs attention beyond what was booked, we’ll call you to explain and give you a quote. Nothing extra goes ahead without your approval.
• We return your car, and once the work is complete, we’ll deliver your car back to you at the agreed location.

Collection and delivery is available alongside most of the work we carry out, including:

• Servicing
• MOTs
• Mechanical and electrical repairs
• Diagnostics
• Air conditioning servicing
• Wheel alignment

If you’re booking an MOT and a service at the same time, it’s an easy way to get everything done in one visit without having to arrange time off.

Areas we cover

We regularly collect cars from across Falkirk, including Larbert, Denny, Bonnybridge, and the surrounding areas, and because there’s no fixed mileage limit, we’re happy to consider collections from further afield too. Just let us know your location when you book, and we’ll confirm whether we can help.

Collection and delivery is one of the ways we try to make looking after your car as easy as possible. You get the same level of care from our Bosch Car Service centre, including original equipment parts and servicing in line with the manufacturer’s schedule, without having to rearrange your day.

We’ve been a family business since 1991, and small touches like this are part of the personal service our customers have come to expect. Your car will even come back cleaner, as every service includes a complimentary mini wash and vac.
